Monthly Financial Reports

Reports you can actually use, every month.

A report is only as good as the books under it. Mine come from accounts that match the bank to the penny.

What you get each month

A Profit and Loss and a Balance Sheet. With Premium, a short note in plain words: what I found, and anything still open. Then the month is locked.

Once a year

With Premium, your CPA gets a clean package in January: every account reconciled, owner draws kept out of business expenses, loans split between principal and interest, and the reports with a written summary. No separate bill for it.

What these are for

They're management reports, written for you to run the business. Statements prepared under accounting standards, and anything that needs a CPA's signature, stay with your CPA.

Questions

It costs nothing to find out where your books stand.

I go through your QuickBooks and show you what I find, whether or not you hire me. If your books are clean enough, I'll also show you a few quick moves that could put more money in your pocket.
